I Made It!!

I made it through my first week of school!!! It was such a hard week!! I really have a good class this year--at least that's what it seems like right now. They already know the routines in the classroom. Thank goodness!! I had an ARD that lasted 2 hours the other day--Yes 2 hours. Anyways, when I walked back to class they were all in their desks reading a pleasure book. I had asked the lady that was watching them if they had done their calendar math, and they had!! WOW!! They told the lady that was watching them that they had to do calendar math--so they did!!! AMAZING!!! I think I'm finally getting this whole teaching thing!!!! I must say that this first week of school was for sure better than last year's!!!
