My, My This Year Has Flown By

I was reading some of my older blogs from the beginning of the school year. Wow--they made me think back to the first day of school and how scared and nervous I was. I have grown as teacher I feel. Yes, I still have my days when I ask myself, "What was I thinking becoming a teacher." But doesn't everyone think that every once and while. However, for the most part, I'm starting to love what I do. I sometimes feel as though I have been teaching forever. When teachers come up to me and ask me what I did to student d because she hasn't been a problem this year-- that's when I know I'm in the right profession. I'm not sure if I am going to be able to hold back my tears on the last day of school--I already get kinda choked up just thinking about it. I love my kiddos--we have fun together!!!
